Price Freeze

Lower Shelf Prices
Prices have been reduced from the previous regular shelf price. "Range Was" reflects the range of shelf prices at which the product was sold during the date range specified. "Was" reflects the most recent shelf price prior to the current price reduction. Lower Shelf Prices are ongoing reduced prices and not a short-term promotional discount. RPatel Wholesale reviews Lower Shelf Prices periodically and reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
Refund Policy
RPatel Wholesale offers a full refund or exchange on any product that does not meet your satisfaction. Fresh produce, dairy, meat, and bakery items must be returned or reported within 3 days of purchase. Packaged goods must be returned in original packaging. Refund requests can be made in-store, via the app, or by contacting Customer Support at 1300 767 969. Proof of purchase is required for all refund or exchange requests. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Product Availability
All products advertised are subject to availability. RPatel Wholesale does not guarantee stock availability across all stores or online. In the event a product is unavailable, a suitable substitution may be offered at the discretion of the personal shopper (for online orders). You may opt out of substitutions at checkout.
