We are always committed to helping our customers find value. Our standard shelf prices are displayed for each product online, and in store on white shelf labels. Our yellow ticket promotions and our longer term red ticket offers highlight additional value for our customers. These are explained below.
Yellow ticket promotions
Specialsare discounts off the standard shelf price for a short time - usually a week or two. Specials include discounts like "half price" and "40% off".
Multi-buys(including "Buy More Save More" and "Mix and Save") offer two or more products for a combined discounted price. Multi-buys show the saving off the standard shelf price.
Fresh Specialsare great market prices on in-season fresh fruit & veg. Fresh Specials are always at lower prices than the week before the Fresh Special started.
Red ticket offers
Everyday Low Priceis an everyday price which is consistently good value, at RPatel Wholesale' best price.
You can trust our Everyday Low Price products to be at the same price every day for several months. Our Everyday Low Price products don't go on Special.
Lower Shelf Prices are a longer term reduction in the standard shelf price.
These products will be offered at the "Lower Shelf Price" in store and online for many months.
Our Lower Shelf Price products may go on Special from time to time.
Price Freeze
Our Price Freezeis a guarantee from RPatel to you that our standard shelf prices for these products won't increase until a specified date.
