Orders & Delivery

To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose between home delivery or Click & Collect at your preferred store. You'll need to create an account or log in before completing your order.

We offer same-day delivery, next-day delivery, and scheduled delivery windows. Delivery fees start from $5 for standard delivery. RPatel Wholesale Delivery Unlimited members enjoy free delivery on orders over $100. Delivery Now orders arrive within 2 hours for a premium fee.

You can modify or cancel your order up until it's being picked in-store. Log in to your account, go to 'My Orders', and select the order you'd like to change. If picking has already begun, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Choose Click & Collect at checkout, select your preferred store and pickup time. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Simply drive to the store and park in the designated Click & Collect area — our team will bring your order to your car.

If an item is unavailable, our personal shoppers will substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value at no extra cost. You can set your substitution preferences in your account settings, or choose to receive no substitutions.

Payments & Pricing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and RPatel Wholesale Gift Cards. You can also use your Everyday Rewards points to pay for part or all of your order.

While we strive to keep prices consistent, occasionally online prices may differ from in-store prices due to timing of promotional changes. The price displayed at checkout is the price you'll pay. Specials and promotions may also vary between online and in-store.

During checkout, you'll see a 'Promo Code' field where you can enter your code. Click 'Apply' and the discount will be reflected in your order total. Only one promo code can be used per order. Everyday Rewards offers are applied automatically when you're logged in.

For delivery orders, a pre-authorisation is placed on your card when you place the order. The final charge is processed after your order is picked, reflecting any price adjustments for weight-based items or substitutions. For Click & Collect, you're charged when the order is ready for pickup.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a fresh or free guarantee on all fresh products — if you're not satisfied with the freshness of any fresh product, we'll give you a full refund. For other products, you can return items within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.

For online orders, log in to your account, go to 'My Orders', select the order, and click 'Request Refund' next to the item. For in-store purchases, bring the item and your receipt to the customer service desk at any RPatel Wholesale store.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us.

Yes, you can return items to any RPatel Wholesale store, regardless of where the original purchase was made. Simply bring the item along with your receipt or proof of purchase to the customer service desk.

Account & Rewards

Click 'Log in or Sign up' at the top of the page, then select 'Create Account'. You'll need to provide your name, email address, and create a password. You can also link your Everyday Rewards card during registration.

Everyday Rewards is our free loyalty program where you earn points on every shop. Earn 1 point per dollar spent, and once you reach 2,000 points, you'll receive a $10 reward. You can join for free online or in-store — it only takes a minute.

Click 'Log in' then 'Forgot your password?'. Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Log in to your account, go to 'My Account' > 'Addresses'. You can add, edit, or remove delivery addresses. You can also save multiple addresses and choose between them at checkout.

You can manage your email preferences in 'My Account' > 'Communication Preferences'. Alternatively, click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any marketing email. Please allow up to 7 days for changes to take effect.

Products & Availability

Search for the product on our website and select your preferred store. The product page will show real-time availability. You can also use the RPatel Wholesale app to scan a product barcode and check stock at nearby stores.

Yes, we have a wide range of organic, free-range, and sustainably sourced products across all categories including fresh produce, dairy, eggs, and meat. Look for the organic or free-range labels on product pages or use the filters when browsing.

Allergen information is listed on each product page under 'Nutritional Information'. You can also use our allergen filters when browsing to exclude products containing specific allergens. Always check the product packaging for the most up-to-date allergen information.

Yes, selected stores offer alcohol delivery through our partnership with BWS and Dan Murphy's. Alcohol is available for customers aged 18 and over, and valid photo ID is required upon delivery. Delivery hours and availability may vary by location.
